Public Sector spending cuts and changes to arrangements for collecting training data have affected the Business Link Skills Brokerage Service.

The Business Link Skills Brokerage service will continue to operate on a reduced scale. However, data on Training Providers will no longer be collected regionally.

Training Providers with Skills Funding Agency contracts should add training data to the Course Directory at http://www.coursedirectoryproviderportal.org.uk/pp/. You should already have been contacted by the Skills Funding Agency about this.

Private Sector training providers should add their courses to the HotCourses Directory at http://www.myhotcourses.com/cmint/home.html

Business Link Skills Brokerage Advisers will be using both of these Directories to source data on training courses.
