How does it work?

It's a straight-forward process...

1. Adviser Search

Our Advisers search the Brokerage Platform for training opportunities that meet our customer's needs. You need to make sure your courses are visible on the Platform - here's how.

2. Refer to Provider

We find at least three training opportunities on the Platform (either training courses or bespoke training), which we think meet these needs and we send you a Training Brief with the details we hold on these courses .

3. Submit to Adviser

You can amend the details and tell us whether you can still deliver the training. You will have the opportunity to tailor your submission to meet the needs of the Training Brief, as appropriate. The more information you have provided in advance (see Adding your Courses), the less time it will take you to complete each submission.

4. Propose to Employer

We compile all provider submissions in a single document and send this to our customer as a training proposal. This enables them to make a clear and informed provider selection.

5. Feedback to Provider

We let you know whether you have been selected or not by our customer, and provide you with feedback on the reasons.

6. Contact Employer

We provide you with the Employer's contact details and you can move forward the training with them directly.
