Responding to referrals
Responding to referrals is easy and is completed entirely online...
Our Advisers will identify at least three suitable training opportunities (courses or bespoke training) from the Brokerage Platform. If this includes one of your courses, we will send you a Training Enquiry by email.
The email you receive will contain a link to an online Training Brief, where you will be able to confirm that the Course details are correct, or add/amend information as appropriate. When you are happy with the details, you can submit your response and we will include your information in a Training Proposal to our customer. If you don't wish to respond, there will be an opportunity to decline the invitation.

You will have 5 days to respond to the referral, after which time the link will become inactive.
